Studio photography can create the most beautiful artworks of your family and the love you have for each other. The Studio is a great way to capture your family in a controlled environment where the connection, expressions and personalities can be more of a focus in your photographs than the distracting elements of outdoors.

We have a beautiful private studio located in the west of Christchurch where you can relax and enjoy the experience in one spot. The studio is a safe environment which is warm in winter and cool in summer for your families comfort. We have a private change area, indoor seating and outdoor seating if those who are not involved at the time need some fresh air. We also have a toy box and a trampoline to entertain busy minds. There are different styles and looks we can create and we are experts in classic white and bright, pops of fun colour or darker toned fine art style. We do it all!
What are the benefits of using the studio for your portrait session?
It's clean, simple and more of a classic portrait style. Worrying about the weather and if the kids will need jackets or have the right shoes is eliminated from the equation. Studio sessions are perfect for little ones who are not yet used to the elements or will be less distracted in a studio environment.
Come along and visit the studio for a look or we can have a chat over the phone about what you style you would love and how you would love to see your family captured in timeless images. Using the studio means we can create more variety in style if you want a change of look during your session. Studio sessions are easy if you want to change clothing outfits also as we have a private change area available with clothes racks to keep your clothing looking perfect.
When can we book a session?
Studio sessions are available during the day and some evenings which may work best with young ones and parents who are juggling busy routines.
